Teayanna Leytham is a chemical engineer turned financial strategist who is on a mission to help middle class families — particularly those within our black communities — build, protect, and transfer generational wealth intentionally. A first-generation college graduate, Teayanna earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and her Master's degree in Technology Entrepreneurship. She brings the same analytical precision she applied in engineering to the world of financial planning — helping families understand not just how to build wealth, but how to make sure that wealth does not disappear when life happens. Teayanna and her team have a combined experience of over 75 years and specialize in life insurance strategies, tax-free retirement planning, and wealth protection — working with families, professionals, real estate investors, and business owners to connect their protection plan, their investment strategy, and their legacy goals into one cohesive picture. Her core belief is simple: real estate can help you build wealth, but life insurance and intentional planning ensure that wealth does not have to be rebuilt by the next generation. Teayanna is a proud member of the Rotary Club of Dunwoody and is engaged to her business partner, Patience.
