ROSEWOOD RIDGE

Rosewood Ridge is our flagship 52-unit gated townhome community in South Fulton, GA—a direct reflection of our 'restoration through creation' philosophy. Named in honor of historic Rosewood, Florida, this development pairs high-level engineering and precision execution with a deep commitment to legacy-building. Following a strategic pivot in 2025 that increased home sizes to 2,500 SF and nearly doubled our initial return projections, the project cleared all approvals in early 2026. Having officially celebrated our groundbreaking, we are now moving into active construction, setting a clear standard for elevated design, intentional building, and community wealth.

We carry the name of Rosewood, Florida not just to honor the past, but as a blueprint for our future. In the early 1920s, Rosewood was a self-sufficient, prosperous Black town rooted in land ownership, Black-owned businesses, and generational wealth. In 1923, that entire community was violently attacked and burned to the ground by a white mob, stripping families of their lives, their land, and the wealth they had built. Rosewood stands as a powerful lesson: Black self-reliance and ownership are vital, but so is protecting what we build. By naming this project Rosewood Ridge, we are reclaiming that story—showing what happens when our people gather, rebuild, and secure permanent equity for generations to come.
